Minute 2 = 2 Rope Climbs/(1 boby rope climb + 2 knee to elbows)x2

Minute 3 = 3 Rope Climbs/(1 boby rope climb + 2 knee to elbows)x3

And so on until you cannot complete the amount of Rope Climbs within the minute


10:00-19:00

Death By Front squat from clean @135/95; 95/65; 75/45

Minute 1 = 3 Front squats

Minute 2 = 6 Front squats

Minute 3 = 9 Front squats

And so on until you cannot complete the amount of Front squats within the minute


20:00-29:00

Death By Devil presses @50/35lbs; 35/25lbs

Minute 1 = 2 Devil presses
